Parts must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and complete instruction manuals. No returns are accepted for items that have been damaged or installed. You will need to take photos when initiating a return, showing the product and/or the packaging in intact condition. Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address. We do not accept discontinued products. We cover the outgoing shipping cost, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return.
