Overview

KSP performance has a 30 days return policy. Within 30-day of purchase, you may return this item in the same condition they were received. Kindly be aware that any problem not listed below will not be convered by our 30-day exchange policy. If you do experience a problem other than the one listed below please contact us.


Used Products

We do not offer returns EXCEPT in cases of breakage/malfunction/Doesn't match with our description.

Customers must email to info@kspmotor.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to our warehouse address in the US (attach below).

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund.

Pls don't worry, we will provide shipping label to our customer if the items is breakage/malfunction/Doesn't match with our description.

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide the tracking number.

Once we receive the item you sent back and check the item is in good condition, we will arrange the exchange or give you the refund. This will be issued in 2 days.


The item is in the good condition:

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unopen product(s).That means you just change mind. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.

Missing Part

When you find you don't have all the parts you ordered, you have to check the packing slip whether we may have split your order into multiple shipments.

After checking the packing slip, you have no more shipments to arrive, you will have to make sure that the delivery person makes a note on the delivery receipt and contact us right away.

As soon as we confirm with our carrier that the delivery receipt has the note of missing parts, we will send you a replacement and pay for the shipping cost.

If your package was left by the delivery person when you are not available and is missing parts, you will have to report the issue to us and the carrier within 48 hours of the delivery date. As soon as the carrier validate the missing, we will take care of the shipping cost to get the missing part to you.

Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment.

If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging make sure that the delivery person makes a note on the delivery receipt, and refuse to accept the damaged package. As soon as we confirm with our carrier that the delivery receipt has the note, we will send you a replacement and take care of the shipping costs.

If your package was left by the delivery person when you are not available and it has been damaged in transit, you will have to report the issue to us and the carrier within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at info@kspmotor.com. we will help you solve this problem

Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.

If the return is caused by the customer, such as changing mind. The customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express delivery company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, then we will pay the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
